3.1.4 must not be injected, ingested, inhaled, administered or used on any living organism;
3.1.5 are not medicines, food supplements, cosmetics or medical devices;
3.1.6 carry no therapeutic, diagnostic or medical claims; and
3.1.7 must only be handled by competent laboratory personnel within an appropriate research environment.
3.2 Professor Tides products:
3.2.1 are general wellness items;
3.2.2 are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease;
3.2.3 make no therapeutic, diagnostic or medical claims whatsoever;
3.2.4 should be used in accordance with guidance from a qualified healthcare practitioner where appropriate; and
3.2.5 must be used responsibly and in accordance with the supplied instructions.
4. Order Acceptance
4.1 All orders are subject to acceptance. Professor Tides may decline any order at its sole discretion.
